Getty photographer John Moore photographs immigrants crossing the U.S. -Mexico border.

"As a father myself, it was very hard for me to see these families detained, knowing that they would soon be split up", Moore told Getty's blog Foto.

Trump had initially responded to criticisms by claiming that it was not in his power to reverse the family separation policy, which his own administration had implemented. Illustrators placed an image of President Donald Trump right beside her. President Trump appears to look down as the child wails.

"But I couldn't." The editors of Time recognized the power behind the image and made a decision to use it in their latest cover.

The photo of the crying child was captured by award-winning photographer John Moore on June 12.

Reality star Farrah Abraham arrested at Beverly Hills hotel
In a video obtained by TMZ the star was seen cursing at police officers who had escorted her outside the hotel. She was booked at the Beverly Hills Jail and is being held on $500 bail.

The photo shows the 2-year-old Honduran girl in tears as Border Patrol agents search and detain her mother in McAllen, Texas. "All I wanted to do was pick her up". "I took only a few photographs and was nearly overcome with emotion myself". The image of the crying toddler was taken from one of those photos. "But I couldn't", he said. Now - they're detained by border patrol.and could be separated.

President Trump has since signed an executive order that reserves his administrations' policy of separating children from their detained parents at the border.

"Now, I regret saying that because I don't know that everything is going to be OK", Moore said. "And I think if everyone involved in this debate sees each other as human beings worthy of respect, ultimately we can find humane solutions".

Anyone who has been following news in the United States recently has probably heard about the turmoil surrounding the separation of undocumented immigrant children from their parents at the southern border of the country. The policy stipulates the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) refer all cases of illegal entry to be criminally prosecuted and, as a result, the parents are detained and because the children are not charged with a crime, they are not detained with the parents.
