LaMarcus Aldridge signs 3-year extension with Spurs, report says

Alongside Tim Duncan for his final National Basketball Association season, Aldridge turned in an All-Star campaign and helped lead San Antonio to a 67-15 regular-season mark. With $21.4 million remaining on his deal, he was eligible to exercise an opt-out option in his contract for the 2018-19 season and become a free agent if an agreement was not reached by the deadline. Assuming relative health, that contract will start at $37.8 million and brings the Spurs to $91.5 million committed to just four players: Leonard, Aldridge, Pau Gasol ($16 million, $4.7 million guaranteed), and Patty Mills ($12.7 million).

LaMarcus Aldridge averaged a career-low tally of 17.3 points and 7.3 rebounds for the Spurs last season.

In what should be considered a pretty big shock, the San Antonio Spurs and former All-Star forward LaMarcus Aldridge are reportedly engaged in extension negotiations.

Facebook Launches New Feature For Ordering Food Within The App
One year ago Facebook had announced that the USA users would be able to place food orders using a Facebook page of a restaurant. Facebook's service combines well-known outlets like EatStreet, DoorDash, Delivery .com, Zuppler, Slice, ChowNow, and Olo.

According to the report, only US$7 million is guranteed in the final year of the contract extension. After a poor postseason and a reported disagreement with head coach Gregg Popovich, Aldridge was subject to criticism, leading to trade talks this off-season.

With Leonard missing the entire preseason and also scheduled to miss the season opener on Wednesday against Minnesota because of a quadriceps injury, Aldridge's offensive presence is more important than ever. Add in a modest raise for Danny Green next summer and the Spurs are already looking at the cap with at least a half dozen roster spots still to fill.
