OneNote for Windows 10 gets audio nodes and more for Insiders

The last major update is the introduction of a new streaming service called Beam, which Microsoft says will "unify players across Xbox One console and PC". If a user does not have a background picture selected, the console will use the key art from the most recently-played game and set it as the image.

The update improves the Home screen interface, simplifying the UI and increasing system performance. A single press of the Xbox button on the controller brings up the guide, no matter what you're doing.

Until now, the majority of video game players deployed the Twitch streaming service to chat with each other on Xbox One, Sony PlayStation and personal computers. Xbox Insiders in the Alpha Ring have been testing and providing feedback on many of these features since January and once you get used to the new Guide, it's definitely faster to get around and into your game or app.

This Xbox One update enables a copilot feature that allows two controllers to control the same character or action on screen.

"The Creators Update will begin to roll out on April 11", Microsoft's John Cable writes in a new post to the Windows Experience blog.

When prodded about the relationship, the former Yankees player admitted, "It's obvious". "It's really incredible", said the famous dad.

One of the lesser known features with the new Creators Update is making it more viable to read e-books on your PC, laptop or tablet. Microsoft is aiming to put the features and experiences that the players love the most right at their fingertips. Accompanying the broadcasting features is a new preinstalled Beam viewing app, letting you watch others play from your console.

Beam is already available for users of the Microsoft Xbox One, but it will also be available to desktop users from the 11 of April this year.

The updated Xbox One dashboard is rolling out today.

Along with introducing Beam streaming, the update brings many more changes such as an updated Home with an overhauled look. The Xbox One now supports placing limits on how much time children spend playing on the Xbox One. Cortana will also appear as an overlay on your screen, allowing you to set reminders and alarms, access Party controls, and play music with simple voice controls. Today, the update is going global, hitting the stable channel and becoming available to every Xbox owner.

Over the past few months, we have been targeting hundreds of improvements across the board. "All of that will further push interactivity, and it's what we're planning to do more of".
