Qualcomm (QCOM) to Buy NXP Semiconductors for $47 Billion

Peconic Partners LLC increased its stake in shares of NXP Semiconductors NV by 3.2% in the first quarter. During the third quarter of 2016, NXP repurchased approximately 6.5 million shares for a total cost of approximately $555 million. BlackRock Institutional Trust Company N.A. increased its stake in shares of NXP Semiconductors NV by 114.3% in the second quarter.
