Google Allo did not quite have the start that Google had hoped for the app. But with this new updates, Google seems to have got it right. We wish Google combined Allo and Duo in the end to create an all-in-one app. In Allo 2.0 users will see the contacts similar to the wattsapp contact.

Google Allo for iOS also now includes a doodle option on photos feature. It is as simple as pulling down the tray - tap and type to reply.

Today only in New York City - that's Friday, October 28 - users of Allo, Google's AI-powered messaging app, can embark on a scavenger hunt to locate Barb, one of the show's characters who mysteriously disappeared. The addition of quick reply and split-screen support was necessary to take proper advantage of Android 7.0 Nougat's feature set.

The scavenger hunt also capitalizes on Google push to support local mobile search and advertising, which became the primary driver in helping the company hits its $22.5 billion in revenue during the third quarter of 2016, according to Alphabet CFO Ruth Porat, during Google parent company's recent earnings call with analysts and investors. The update also introduces several fun chat themes such as "Pizza" and "Moon". There is also a Google Assistant Chatbot which can parse natural language and give you answers, often witty. As with every other update, the rollout is expected to reach users in phases.

North Korean officials hold secret talks in Malaysia
The North's mission to the United Nations issued a similar statement that was distributed by North Korean state media on Monday. He said the U.S. is open to talks with the North, but said Pyongyang should prove it's serious about denuclearisation.

If you have an Android Wear device, then the new update will let you quickly reply with your voice or emojis.

Other than these already mentioned updates, the latest Google Messenger v2.0 comes with another interesting clue thanks to the inclusion of JibeService.

Google Messenger 2.0 APK file is available for Android 4.4 KitKat or higher Android OS version.
